Happy Blueberry Muffin Day! One of my favorite flavored muffins!!! Scratch that. My ONLY favorite flavored muffin. I really love the blueberry muffins from Dunkin’ Donuts. But do yo know the muffin man? Haha just kidding. Do you know the Jiffy muffin mixes? The blueberry and raspberry? Try using them as to make pancakes. Muy delicioso. They are like the muffin tops, and they are even better cold.
Speaking of blueberry pancakes… I would highly recommend checking out Mama Walker’s Blueberry Pancake Vodka, or all of them. Holy Goodness!!!!! We were at Daisy Dukes Bar and they were advertising it, so we got free shots of the Maple Bacon and the Blueberry Pancake. It was unbelievable how much they actually tasted like the real thing.
Now what would happen if you combined my favorite muffin with my favorite thing in the world? Blueberry Muffin Ice Cream! Whhhaaaaaaatttttt! That’s way better than Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream… which is ungodly delicious. I might have to sell this in our future ice cream business.
